We retain your Personal Information and Operational Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required to fulfill our contractual obligations under your MSA. Once a custom software project is handed over to the Client's internal infrastructure, we purge all testing databases and proprietary fleet data from our development servers within 30 days, unless a continuous maintenance retainer is active. We store data utilizing enterprise-grade cloud providers with robust encryption protocols.
ORBITRON INC does not sell, rent, or trade your operational or personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party vendors and cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Mapbox) solely for the purpose of facilitating our services. These subprocessors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are compliant with SOC 2 and GDPR standards. We may also disclose data if legally required to do so by law enforcement agencies or subpoenas.
The security of your supply chain data is our paramount concern. We implement zero-trust architecture, end-to-end encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit), and regular penetration testing on all delivered software.
